Anderson Merchandisers is hiring a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

You will educate customers on product lines, build rapport with store staff, and lead training for Merchandisers and seasonal teams. The position requires a blend of leadership, sales, and field operations skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to additional locations.
• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Able to communicate in English with customers and coworkers in real time.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers, Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device functions accurately and securely.
