Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer and client expectations are met. The role includes stocking, store communication, and educating customers about brand products.

You will report to the Market Sales Manager and must train teams, build rapport, and maintain high standards across the retail space. A strong emphasis on flexibility and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license is required as travel to multiple locations may be necessary.
• Experience/comfort with electronics/technical products is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (max) with to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Understand and apply company policies in daily operations.
• Report successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
• Operate handheld device effectively for store tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
