Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure store and client expectations are met. The role involves stocking, store communication, and educating customers on product lines.

Responsibilities include training staff, building rapport with management, and reporting progress to the Market Sales Manager. Travel to additional locations may be required; physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device functions effectively and maintain confidentiality.
