Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. This role involves stocking, store communication, and educating customers on product lines.

You will report to the Market Sales Manager and may train fellow Leads and seasonal associates, with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid drivers license required; travel to other locations may be necessary.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits for client brands.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all company policies and handheld functions.
