Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive store sales, and ensure satisfaction of retailer and client expectations. The role includes stocking, store communication, and educating staff about product lines.

You will train Sales Merchandisers, manage daily activities, and report to the Market Sales Manager. A flexible schedule and travel to multiple locations are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to other locations may be necessary
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Independent and self-motivated with strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and client brands
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager
• Utilize handheld device features effectively and maintain confidentiality
