Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication, reporting to Market Sales Manager.

You will train and develop teams, educate customers about brand features, and ensure policy compliance while communicating progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and Leads.
• Educate customers and staff on brand features and product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Be proficient with handheld device and other tools.
