Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in San Francisco to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, stock and maintain assigned areas, and communicate with store personnel. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer interaction, and adherence to client expectations.

The position involves travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and working with electronics/tech products. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers, Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Follow company policies and communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Be proficient with the handheld device and related functions.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
