Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in the San Francisco area to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, stock and maintain assigned areas, and communicate with store personnel. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager and requires strong customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include training and guiding Sales Merchandisers, educating customers on client brands, and ensuring adherence to company policies while supporting retailer expectations.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to additional locations.
• English (spoken and written) at conversational level.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on product lines and benefits of client brands.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of handheld device functions.
