Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in the San Francisco area to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will coordinate store visits, educate staff on product lines, and ensure high quality execution in the field.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, self-motivation, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and supervise Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and staff on product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work and meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device functions effectively.
