The role reports to the Market Sales Manager and requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Strong customer service and knowledge of electronics helpful.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Conversational English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain store quality to meet client expectations.
• Understand company policies and communicate progress to supervisor.
• Use handheld device effectively for operations.
• Protect confidentiality of company, client and retailer data.
• Report successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
