Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and mobility to travel to locations.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and English communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and staff on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain store quality to meet client expectations.
• Know and apply all company policies consistently.
• Report successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices effectively and maintain confidentiality.
