Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, stock areas, and communicate with store personnel. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include training Merchandisers and seasonal staff, educating customers on brand features, maintaining high quality work, and using handheld devices to report results. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Train, supervise, and develop Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices effectively and maintain confidentiality.
