Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in San Francisco is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop sales associates, drive retailer expectations, and manage store communication. You will educate customers on product lines and coordinate with the Market Sales Manager.

This role requires self-motivation, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 35 lbs, with assistance for heavier loads.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk during work shifts.
• Frequent fine motor tasks; bending, twisting, squatting and mobility.
• Experience/comfort with electronics/technical products.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
• Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• English communication skills at conversational level.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know and apply all company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device features with knowledge and consistency.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
