Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in San Francisco to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure alignment with retailer and client expectations. You will train staff, educate customers on product lines, and maintain store standards while communicating effectively with the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires a flexible schedule, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with electronics/technical products.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and other Territory Leaders.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
