Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle occasional heavy objects.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• English communication skills both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop sales merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and staff on product features and benefits.
• Maintain store area quality to meet client expectations.
• Know company policies and communicate successes to the Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld device effectively and maintain confidentiality.
