You will manage daily territory activities, plan sales strategies, and collaborate with operations to meet client needs while leveraging Herc Rentals' comprehensive equipment fleet and service offerings to win new business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience is required or preferred.
• Experience in equipment rental, pump, power, or climate control markets is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue in assigned territory by visiting customer sites and offices.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to fulfill them.
• Understand market conditions to optimize pricing and offer diversified solutions.
• Present solutions to decision-makers and educate on equipment.
• Document activities using CRM and report on sales progress.
