Job summary

Luye Pharma USA Ltd in the Buffalo, NY region seeks a Psychiatric Account Manager to develop relationships with key healthcare leaders across CMHCs, hospital systems and IDNs in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and surrounding areas.

You will drive territory plans, deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals, and work with Account Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations to meet targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge preferred.
• CMHC or Hospital/Institutional account management preferred.
• Must live near territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Plan and organize territory coverage according to a plan of action.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Execute the company brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support customers.
