Job summary

Fairbank is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington territory focused on propane parts and equipment. You will maintain established customer relationships while identifying new opportunities with propane suppliers, service providers, cooperatives, and commercial operations.

You will engage via in-person visits, phone, email, and digital channels, delivering consultative solutions, building long-term partnerships, and driving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably in propane parts & equipment, or industrial distribution.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
• Knowledge of propane handling systems and parts preferred.
• Proven ability to sell into established territories and grow market share.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Idaho, Oregon, Utah & Washington territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Create and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct regular in-person customer visits.
• Promote propane components and equipment and assist with product selection.
