Job summary

Lepley Recruiting Services partners with an established tile, flooring, and architectural finishes organization to hire a Project Sales Associate for Southwest Florida (Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa and surrounding markets).

This full-time, field-based role manages an existing customer portfolio, pursues active project leads, and develops new business within architecture, design, development, and construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in project-based sales within tile, flooring, or related materials.
• Established relationships with architects, designers, developers, or contractors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand an established portfolio of customers and accounts.
• Follow up on active project leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
• Present tile, flooring, and architectural finish solutions.
• Coordinate samples, specifications, pricing, proposals, and follow-up.
• Manage projects from specification to delivery.
• Maintain a pipeline of specifications and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with showroom, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Maintain pricing and gross-margin expectations.
• Achieve sales objectives.
• Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
• Showroom one day per week visit.
