Real Floors, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Sales Project Manager – Commercial Flooring to lead projects from bid to completion while driving new business opportunities. This role combines sales and operations, offering an uncapped commission structure and a base salary plus incentives.

You will build relationships with General Contractors, developers, and clients, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate installation teams, and ensure profitable project delivery across multiple jobs.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, project management, or related client-facing roles.
• 3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential).
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with GC's, developers, owners, and clients to drive repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities and manage sales cycles.
• Lead projects from bid through completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and profitability.
• Manage change orders, project scopes, and client communications.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and installation teams for on-time delivery.
• Monitor logistics and inventory to keep operations efficient.
