OrePac Building Products in Spokane, WA is seeking a Product Specialist to accelerate growth of assigned specialty building product categories across the dealer network. You will drive dealer readiness, market development, customer engagement, and product expertise within your territory.

Working alongside Account Executives, Territory Sales Representatives, Inside Sales, and manufacturer partners, you will provide technical guidance, support specification, and market intelligence to help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales or a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant sales and industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive market with travel.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product categories and specs.
• Develop territory growth strategies with Account Executives and partners.
• Conduct product training for dealers, contractors, and architects.
• Perform dealer readiness assessments and merchandising improvements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer education events.
• Support contractor recruitment and product adoption initiatives.
• Promote product categories to builders, designers, and remodelers.
• Assist customers with product selection and installation guidance.
• Represent OrePac at trade shows and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity for leadership input.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity.
