Job summary

OrePac Building Products seeks an Inside Sales & Procurement Representative to manage select new and existing Factory Built accounts from the office, coordinating with Outside Sales and branches to grow the channel. Responsibilities include replenishment, pricing, and training branches on assigned products and strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience in building materials preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates ability to perform duties will be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow customer relationships with new and assigned accounts.
• Develop knowledge of OrePac’s pricing structure and services.
• Follow up on quotes to ensure service and identify new opportunities.
• Demonstrate and introduce new products and services to accounts.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development.
• Process quotes, orders, and RMAs; communicate changes with departments.
• Coordinate and resolve customer concerns including delivery issues and returns.
• Provide product knowledge in communications; support branches.
