Job summary

OrePac Building Products seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage new building materials accounts from the office in Belgrade, MT, coordinating with Outside Sales to grow existing accounts in an established territory.

The ideal candidate will be highly energetic with excellent communication and customer service skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment while developing knowledge of OrePac’s pricing and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing work.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with new and assigned customer accounts.
• Proactively engage with customers over the phone to drive sales from the inside.
• Develop knowledge of OrePac’s pricing structure and services.
• Follow-up on quotes and service customers to secure opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and services to established accounts; maintain product knowledge in communications.
• Participate in training, meetings, and professional development.
• Process changes in sales orders and communicate with departments.
• Coordinate and resolve customer concerns including delivery issues and returns.
• Support sales needs with literature, samples, and price pages.
• Develop relationships with commercial staff and train colleagues when possible.
