Job summary

OrePac Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage new building materials accounts from the office and assist Outside Sales Representatives in growing existing accounts within an established territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to learn OrePac pricing, products, and processes.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with new and assigned customer accounts.
• Proactively engage customers by phone to drive inside sales.
• Develop knowledge of OrePac pricing structure and services.
• Follow up on quotes to secure business opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and services to customers and prospects.
• Participate in training and professional development sessions.
• Process changes in sales orders and coordinate with departments.
• Resolve customer issues including delivery errors and returns.
• Support sales presentations and literature distribution.
• Develop relationships with office personnel across locations.
