Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant Striker based in Oakland, CA. You will implement sales strategies for Cardiorenal products with a focus on HCPs and hospital systems in the territory. Travel up to 50% and domicile within the territory are required.

You will build strong relationships across primary care and specialty areas, drive product utilization, and work with cross-functional partners to achieve Bayer's commercial goals while upholding ethics and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role.
• Strong written and oral communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care, nephrology, endocrinology, cardiology, and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of cardiovascular and menopause products and collaborate with the Customer Squad for pull-through with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, menopause, and related markets to anticipate opportunities and manage challenges.
• Provide input to sales leadership on territorial planning and strategic insights to optimize coverage and outcomes.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
