Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant Striker to drive approved cardiovascular and related product strategies across Oakland and Santa Rosa with up to 50% travel. The role reports to the CVR Area General Manager and collaborates with the Area Customer Squad to build strong clinician partnerships.

The territory includes Oakland and Santa Rosa; residence within the territory is required. The position is field-based with extensive interaction with primary care and specialty clinicians,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role.
• Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and compliance with company policies and laws.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and specialty staff within assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved cardiovascular and menopause products; collaborate with the Customer Squad.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, menopause markets to identify opportunities.
• Provide input to sales leadership on strategic and tactical territory planning.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
• Prioritize physician coverage based on opportunity and potential.
