Bayer is hiring a Primary Care Sales Consultant Striker for the Cardiorenal portfolio in Melbourne and Winter Park, FL. The role drives sales strategies, builds key relationships with primary care providers, and works with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Residence-based with up to 50% travel within the territory. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven track record of high performance in sales or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop long-standing customer relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong ethical standards.

Responsabilités

• Build professional relationships with primary care and related staff.
• Drive appropriate utilization of cardiovascular and menopause products with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage diabetes and menopause market knowledge to manage opportunities and challenges.
• Provide input to leadership on territory planning and strategy.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
• Prioritize physician coverage based on opportunity and potential.
• Ensure compliance with Bayer ethics and safety requirements.
• Assist in training regional teams when needed.
• Adopt emerging technologies to enhance performance.
