Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant Striker for the Anaheim/Irvine, California area to implement sales strategies for Cardiorenal products in line with compliance standards. The role reports to the CVR Area GM and collaborates with regional teams to achieve pharma outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 10 years of relevant sales experience), excellent communication, and a proven ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role.
• Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care, nephrology, endocrinology, cardiology, pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved cardiovascular and menopause products and drive pull-through with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage knowledge of diabetes, cardiovascular, menopause markets to manage business opportunities.
• Provide input to sales leadership on territory and region planning.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and communicate insights.
