Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant for the Tallahassee and Panama City, FL region. You will implement sales strategies for Cardiorenal products, build relationships with HCPs, and work with cross-functional teams to drive US Pharma outcomes.

The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience, a proven sales track record, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% and residence within the territory are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role or other relevant experience.
• Proven track record in developing long-standing relationships with customers.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care, pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products through the Customer Squad.
• Leverage knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace and cross-functional plans to manage opportunities.
• Provide input to sales leadership and regional managers for territory planning.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
