Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of high performance in sales roles or relevant experience.
• Proven ability to develop long-standing relationships with customers.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and adherence to policies and laws.
• Ability to meet customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., vaccinations).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive utilization of approved CV and menopause products with local payers and HCPs.
• Leverage knowledge of diabetes and menopause market to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
• Provide input to strategic and tactical territory planning for the region.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
• Prioritize coverage of physician specialists based on opportunity and potential.
• Understand customers' product and business needs while upholding Bayer ethics and compliance.
• Anticipate barriers and propose responsible solutions; handle objections to exceed expectations.
• Share regional training as needed to elevate team performance.
• Leverage emerging technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Comply with pharmaceutical guidelines and maintain high ethical standards.
