Bayer is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant for the Albany, GA territory. The role focuses on implementing sales strategies for Cardiorenal products with a strong emphasis on ethics and compliance.

You will build relationships with primary care providers and hospital systems while driving product utilization in a dynamic healthcare landscape. Travel up to 50% within the territory is required, and the position is residence-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of high performance in a sales role or other relevant experience.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Ability to comply with credentialing and safety requirements and maintain up-to-date vaccinations/training.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care, pharmacy staff, and other providers within the assigned territory.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products by collaborating with the Customer Squad.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and menopause marketplace to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
• Provide input to sales leadership and regional account managers for strategic planning and territory development.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Prioritize coverage of physician specialists based on opportunity and potential; ensure ethical compliance.
