Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Primary Care Sales Consultant for Tallahassee and Panama City, FL. This residence-based position requires up to 50% travel within the territory and base locations in Panama City or Tallahassee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of sales experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Proven ability to develop long-standing customer relationships.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ethical compliance with policies.
• Ability to meet credentialing and safety requirements (vaccinations).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop professional relationships with primary care and pharmacy staff within assigned customers.
• Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products.
• Leverage knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and menopause markets to manage opportunities.
• Provide input to sales leadership for territory and regional planning.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business plans and share insights with stakeholders.
• Prioritize coverage of physician specialists based on opportunity and potential.
