Job summary

Schindler Group in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Territory Portfolio Manager to drive portfolio growth across a territory, managing conversions, recoveries, pricing, and portfolio protection. You will oversee sales meetings, proposals, hit rates, and KPI performance to close gaps while aligning with Schindler’s policies and priorities.

This role requires strong sales experience, leadership, and relationship-building with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in a related industry.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Prior people leadership experience preferred.
• Elevator industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the portfolio within the territory by supporting and administering Service Sales priorities and initiatives.
• Attend critical customer meetings, engage resources, ensure policy compliance, and promote service products.
• Lead effective meetings with Service Sales teams; monitor leading and lagging performance indicators.
• Partner with the Service Business Line and other departments to drive initiatives and reporting.
• Develop internal and external relationships to position Schindler as a preferred service provider.
