TriStar Plastics, LLC, a plastics distribution and fabricated parts provider, seeks a technically minded sales professional to partner with Engineering and Inside Sales to deliver engineered solutions. The role emphasizes solution selling, customer visits, and maintaining relationships across a multi-state territory.

Requirements include 5+ years in plastics/fabricated parts sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualificações

• 5+ years outside sales in plastics or fabricated parts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Travel within multi-state designated territory 35%
• Visit existing customers to troubleshoot and develop additional business
• Prospect New Business focusing on solutions using our Tier 1 products
• Work closely with Engineering and Inside Sales to manage projects
• Prepare and Deliver customer presentations including Lunch and Learns
• Utilize CRM to track customer communication and sales planning
