Job summary

Syneos Health in partnership with a Biopharmaceutical leader seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive growth in a defined territory. You will build relationships with physicians, HCPs, and stakeholders while executing a strategic plan to meet sales goals.

You will deliver clinical brand presentations, learn the health care delivery system in depth, and collaborate with the sales and brand teams to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred.
• Business-to-business sales experience or internship, or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify decision makers, develop relationships and influence prescribing habits.
• Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states.
• Proven track record of exceeding results.
• Team player who can also work independently and be highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Identify key influencers and engage top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Understand the health care delivery system within each customer segment.
• Develop product and competitor knowledge and monitor local market trends.
• Collaborate with peers in sales, brand teams, and support partners.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
