Job summary

Syneos Health, in partnership with a large biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers and key stakeholders. You will drive territory plans to achieve sales goals and deliver clinical presentations to clinicians.

You will develop product knowledge, analyze local market trends, and collaborate with brand teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience while adhering to all policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience or business-to-business sales.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Openness to adopting innovative technologies, including AI, to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with strategic plans.
• Identify influencers and engage top target customers.
• Deliver clinical product presentations to physicians and HCPs.
• Develop understanding of healthcare delivery and physician hierarchies.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and support teams to enhance customer experience.
