Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our nationwide sales team based in Richmond, VA. You will be responsible for promoting client products, building strong physician relationships, and executing territory plans to influence prescribing decisions.

You will leverage clinical studies and managed care knowledge to tailor discussions, travel as needed including overnights, and maintain a competitive edge through proven sales skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, or related B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Willingness to travel within territory and on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships to enhance loyalty and build the client’s brands.
• Utilize defined selling model to maximize commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions with physicians.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
