Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professionals Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team in Chesapeake, VA. You will promote client products to physicians, develop a territory business plan, and build influential relationships across healthcare professionals.

The role requires 2+ years of pharmaceutical or related sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends. You must reside within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• Utilize the defined selling model to maximize commitment on each call.
• Consult, influence and maintain customer relationships using knowledge of clinical studies and managed care.
• Provide territory business planning and strategic execution to influence prescribing decisions.
