Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our nationwide team in a defined territory. You will promote a client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals, develop business plans, and build strong relationships to influence prescribing decisions.

You will leverage clinical study knowledge and managed care insights to tailor discussions, drive territory results, and meet sales objectives. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory; develop territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand.
• Utilize selling model to maximize commitment on every call and influence territory engagement.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult and tailor discussions.
