Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and manage an assigned territory. You will partner with a leading pharmaceutical client to drive prescribing decisions and build strong physician relationships.

The role requires travel within the territory, a bachelor’s degree, and 2 years of relevant sales experience, with a focus on achieving sales goals through a structured selling approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical sales or related B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Must reside within the assigned territory or boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance product loyalty.
• Execute the defined selling model to maximize commitment on every call.
• Leverage clinical studies and managed care knowledge to tailor discussions to physicians' needs.
