Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Illinois is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) to build relationships with physicians and healthcare decision makers in an assigned territory. You will deliver clinical brand presentations, develop a territory plan, identify key influencers, and collaborate with peers to maximize sales while ensuring compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 with potential bonus and car or car allowance;

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Ability to learn, communicate products and disease states; track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with a business plan.
• Identify key influencers and interact with top customers according to plan.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of local care delivery, including hierarchies and staff.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and support teams to enhance customer experience.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks promptly.
