Job summary

Syneos Health in partnership with a large biopharmaceutical company seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR). You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, present clinical brand information, and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.

The successful candidate will analyze local market trends, collaborate with brand teams, manage territory budgets, and ensure compliant, timely administrative tasks while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Experience in business-to-business sales or internships with a pharmaceutical focus.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize sales in assigned area.
