Job summary

Syneos Health, in collaboration with a major biopharmaceutical company, is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in the Evanston, IL area. The role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key decision makers to drive product adoption and achieve annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Business-to-business sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and influence prescribing habits.
• Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory by executing a territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve customer interaction expectations with top customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
