Syneos Health is recruiting a Key Account Specialist in Chicago to drive sales within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will implement the territory business plan, engage with healthcare professionals, and act as a disease expert to promote the company’s products.

Strong relationship-building skills and strategic planning are essential. You will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate across cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and sales results, including budgeting

Formación

• 2-4+ years' pharma sales experience or strong B2B sales background.
• Experience managing large accounts and navigating reimbursement/ access challenges.
• Proven ability to identify key stakeholders and influence clinical and business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to plan territory coverage and execute strategic plans.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory by implementing a territory business plan.
• Develop relationships with HCPs and serve as disease expert/resource.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance to drive outcomes.
• Manage territory budget for sales and marketing activities.
• Complete training and administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy.
