Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based sales professional to cover the North Houston and parts of South Texas territory, delivering brand strategy, targets, and customer solutions. You will manage accounts, build relationships, and execute call plans that optimize coverage and drive patient access while upholding AbbVie’s standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health/sciences or business, 5+ years in pharma/healthcare sales preferred, and strong presentation,

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling and strong presentation skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales is preferred.
• Willingness to work in the field across the designated territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and review post-call results.
• Build trusted customer relationships and address customer needs.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and identify disease-state experts.
