Dobbs Truck Group is seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative to develop and manage customer relationships and increase aftermarket parts and service business. This role focuses on growing market share by identifying opportunities within mixed fleets and providing high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy-duty truck parts and service sales, with strong communication and organizational skills. Success in this role will directly contribute to customer uptime and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy-duty truck parts, service, or aftermarket sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance operations and aftermarket parts and service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory to grow parts and service business with customers.
• Establish strong relationships with maintenance managers to understand operational needs.
• Demonstrate systematic selling skills including pre-call planning and solution presentation.
