Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group, a network of 23 commercial truck dealerships, seeks an Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative. You will develop and manage a territory to grow parts and service revenue by promoting all aftermarket solutions, including parts, service repair, mobile service, and uptime programs.

Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, planning structured sales calls, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize uptime for mixed fleets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy‑duty truck parts, service, or aftermarket sales preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with dealership teams.
• Valid driver's license and regular travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory to grow Dobbs Truck Group's parts and service business with existing and prospective customers.
• Establish relationships with maintenance managers and purchasing contacts to position Dobbs as a trusted partner.
• Maintain structured sales calls via in‑person visits, phone, and digital engagement.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service teams to fulfill customer commitments and drive uptime.
