Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group is seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative to expand aftermarket parts and service revenue in an assigned territory. You will promote parts, service repair, mobile service, and uptime programs while building trusted partnerships with maintenance managers and purchasing contacts.

We value experience in heavy-duty truck parts or aftermarket sales, a solid understanding of fleet maintenance, and proven ability to grow customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy-duty truck parts or aftermarket sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance operations and aftermarket solutions.
• Proven ability to grow customer accounts and build relationships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory to grow parts and service business.
• Establish relationships with maintenance managers and purchasing contacts.
• Maintain structured sales cadence via in-person visits, calls, and digital engagement.
• Maintain accurate account records and sales activity tracking.
• Identify opportunities to expand market penetration and share of wallet.
• Promote all aftermarket products and services to customers.
• Sell parts across multiple makes and service offerings.
• Coordinate with service advisors to convert opportunities into repairs.
• Support fleet programs and service agreements for key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
