Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to call on existing customers and develop new ones within a defined territory. You will promote Parts, DuraSource, RBI products, and services, while maintaining relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include daily customer calls, product demonstrations, contract preparation, and coordination with inventory and service teams. Travel 50–60% is required, with strong communication skills a must.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1 year related experience or training.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated selling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency.
• Willing to travel up to 50-60% as required.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from various sources.
• Travel the territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Demonstrate products using catalogs and samples and support marketing efforts.
• Quote prices, prepare contracts, and distribute credit applications when needed.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and schedules.
• Sell and manage customer consignments and parts inventory as directed.
• Make cold calls to develop new business and report results monthly.
