Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or training.
• Demonstrated selling skills and ability to meet sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization.
• Ability to travel within territory and cultivate customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of prospective customers for leads from various sources.
• Travel within assigned territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Demonstrate products and emphasize features using literature and samples.
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts; distribute credit forms as needed.
• Estimate delivery dates based on schedules and stock availability.
• Sell and manage consignments and monitor inventory levels as directed.
• Make cold calls to generate new business; aim for 10+ new prospects monthly.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity; keep accurate records and reports.
• Submit detailed call reports to the Aftermarket Sales Manager monthly.
